Indian e-commerce company Flipkart is going to introduce an Image Search Feature in their Application. The feature will something similar to google Image search, where user can upload an image from their smartphone, to find items similar to that. In the beginning company is planning to introduce the feature for Fashion Segment, mainly to search cloths. The idea behind the application is to make the user experience simple, where customers does not require to use keywords to find the desired items.

Earlier Flipkart announced that, they are going to shutdown the Website by next year and they will only concentrate through mobile application, since 72% of its customers using mobile app for purchace. Flipkart also said that, the new feature still in beta stage and they will soon roll out the update to all its customers.
