After the long waiting, the country wide mobile number portability now available on all telecom network in India. Nationwide MNP was introduced earlier, but due to some technical reasons, it was delayed. Now almost all the network in India Includes BSNL, MTNL, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Reliance, Uninor etc where all set to launch the Nationwide MNP on Friday, 03 July 2015.

Nationwide NMP means
- Nationwide mobile number portability means you can use your same mobile number in different state also. Currently we can switch network within the state only.
- Eg. You can change your mobile operator – say from Airtel to BSNL, or Vodafone to Idea, even you are shifting from Kerala to Delhi or Tamil Nadu to Mumbai.
- All the MNP process will take a maximum if 10 days, so you can change to a new network in 10 Workin Days.
