India’s government now banned 59 Chinese apps due to some security reasons, and the most highlighted thing is that some of the most popular and downloaded apps are among them. It includes TikTok, Xender, Camscanner, Weibo, UC Browser, WeChat, etc.
Here we are giving the list of Chinese apps banned in India and the alternatives for those banned apps. As we can see that for each and every app we now have an alternative option. Definitely sometimes we will not get the same feature. But to some extent, it can be considered. For example, we already posted an article about the alternative options for Camscanner.
Update: As per the latest news, TikTok now removed from the PlayStore, and Indian users cannot download TikTok anymore.
