How to Reset and Connect WiFi on Epson WiFi Printer

To reset the WiFi configuration on the Epson WiFi printer, follow the below steps.

Step 1: Turn off the printer first.

Step 2: Hold the power and Network buttons together until the WiFi and WiFi Direct Indicator starts flashing.

Step 3: Once the LED indicators start flashing, you can release the button.

Step 4: It will take 1 minute, and the indicator will continue flashing. Once the reset is completed, the indicator will stop flashing, and you will see no lights on the WiFi and WiFi Direct indicators.

Now, the WiFi configuration on the Epson printer has been reset, and you can continue configuring the WiFi setup.

How to Configure WiFi on Epson Printer?

Once resetting, proceed with the WiFi configuration on the Epson WiFi Printer. To do so, follow the steps.

Step 1: Ensure the Epson Printer is turned on.

Step 2: Press and hold the WiFI button on the printer for 5 seconds. Now the WiFi and WiFi Direct indicator will start flashing alternatively.

Step 3: Now, go to your WiFi router and press the WPS button to accept the connection request from the WiFi Printer.

This process will take a few minutes, and you will see the indicator flashing throughout, and in the background, the connection between the WiFi router and the printer is established.

Step 4: After that, the indicator will stop flashing as it finalizes the connection. Don’t touch any button and keep waiting for a few more seconds.

Finally, the WiFi indicator (1st indicator) will come and will keep glowing. Done; the WiFi connection is now established successfully.

Now, you can start printing on the Epson WiFi printer from any connected device within the same Network.
