Even Though both the plans are economical for those who does recharges regularly, one thing to be noted is that. BSNL has not implemented 4G network officially. They are now testings and giving initial roll-out in selected places mainly in Kerala and Gujarat. If you are still using 3G SIM card and the available network in your area is 3G, then you cannot use 4GB data effectively. In that case Rs. 1,699 plan will be better.
In your region have BSNL 4G network available, then upgrade your SIM with the 4G SIM card and then you can recharge with Plan 2099 to enjoy 4GB high speed data per day.
