Xiaomi’s Mi A2 Lite is one of the feature rich Android One mobile released recently. Once the handset launched last July, it was powered by Android 8.1 Oreo under Android One program. Since it is one of the handset comes under Android One Program, all the users are waiting for the Latest Android 9 Pie on their Mi A2 Lite too. The latest Android 9 Pie id being rolled out to the Mi A2 devices last week also.
Then the next turn is for Mi A2 Lite and fortunately last week the company put an article in their forum stating that, they are looking for beta testers for the Mi A2 Lite device prior to the official release of the Stable Android 9 Pie. Soon the post went trending and all the users around the globe registered for the recruitment. The deadline for the registration was November 18th initially. But after that the company extended it to November 22nd.

Since the deadline is passed, all the users are waiting for the update and the confirmation form the company. but till now, no one reportedly received the beta update. The article in the forums also gone offline and since users cannot see the updates form other Mi A2 Lite also, as all the members discussed about the update via the same thread. Now, we also looking into it and waiting to provide the users an update about it.
There are few possibility what we came across regarding this.
- Since it is 3 days past the deadline and the extension of the deadline is nit being done. Hence we can registration process being stopped and will deliver the update soon.
- Since they closed the registration process 3 days before and currently the selection of final testers being selected.
