ICICI Bank launches Voice Recognition service for its customers. The new service will be available to all Credit Card and Account Holders of ICICI Bank, Its the first time the Voice Recognition is implemented by an Indian Bank. The new system will use the voice of the customer as the password. So the new technology uses various factors to identify the users voice such as speed, pronunciation to securely identify the real person. The User can use voice password from their registered mobile phone for transactions.

The system will match the voice and the registered mobile number for the validation. The new system will let the users to avoid using of 16 digit card number and 4 digit Pin code for making mobile transaction. The new system will make the mobile transaction simple.
