  1. My ID ********** is renewed with monthly pack & expiry date is 07/03/2020 but our channels are not coming please activate our I’d at an earliest yesterday I have sent nail also but very regretting still it’s not activated do the needful at an earliest

    • Hi, You can either contact their customer care directly or visit any retail shop near to your place to activate it.

    • It may vary based on the package and certain other criteria. Better you can contact the customer care and let them know how much distance to second TV etc.
