A few iPhone users informed us that they had experienced a white screen issue with their iPhones. It was not common and won’t happen frequently too.
What is iPhone White Screen Issue
As said before, the white screen issue is uncommon and only happens to a few iPhone users. While using the phone, the iPhone screen starts showing a full white screen and is not responding. Once the issue happens, the phone becomes unresponsive and won’t respond to any touch or key press.
During this issue, the screen gets unresponsive, and the key also won’t work. In that case, it is not easy to handle the phone. While you try to restart the device, you may find it difficult as the screen won’t show, and you cannot side the power off slider button.
How to Fix the White Screen Stuck Issue on iPhone
Since the screen can’t respond once the white screen issue happens, it is difficult to power off the device. Powering off and turning it on again is the best solution for any software issue.
Unfortunately, once the key is pressed, you wont find the slider button on the screen to turn off the device. So we can restart the device hard so that the device can be turned on without any issues.
To do so, press and release the Volume UP button, then immediately press and release the Volume Down button. Next, press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. After a few seconds, you will see the Apple logo and the phone will start up automatically.
This way, you can easily hard restart the iPhone if the screen is stuck or not responding.
