With the introduction of TRAI’s new rule for Cable and DTH industry, a lot of changes came which including pricing, offers and other attractive benefits. Now a days each and every cable and DTH operators are trying to provide their customers with attractive offers.
Even Though, TRAI’s aim was to provide the users with best and cheap plans for their channels and to pay only for those channels that a user needs. In short, those users who enjoyed the full channel package earlier at a rate of Rs. 400 to 500 now needs to pay Rs. 700 or even more than that.
This change not only caused problems to the customers, but for the operators too. Since operators cannot do whatever they want as like before. Now the channels and the package are available in all the platform with a common MRP rate, so that users can choose according to their choice.
