Hi Sonu, Yes Landline was the best for Home use, but due to non-maintenance, people are switching to mobile. As an alternative, you can use BSNL Wings with an IP Phone if you have WiFi available in your Home. It can be used as a landline.

Currently most of users have Landline incoming facility, But BSNL suggesting to convert Landline to mobile phones due to some copper to fiber connections flexibility. Which is not Ok.
The complaint & service offerings in BSNL is very slow & worst. Most users already jumped to other telecom networks. Not sure BSNL exists in future.
