Its now, common to see war in between telecom companies regarding the plans and offers every day. With Reliance Jio‘s new plan, each company is choosing trying to introduce best plan to compete with jio. Now, the main rival, Bharati Airtel updated their Rs. 99 prepaid plan. The new update was made, soon after reliance jio updated their Rs. 98 pack which is giving 2GB data per day along with unlimited voice calls and 300 SMS messages for 28 days. As per the new updated plan, Airtel‘s users will get 2GB data per day, previously it was 1GB per day only.

Other important thing is that, the revised plan is not active for all the subsribers, currently it is available for select Airtel subscribers. The pack also includes unlimited local, STD, and roaming voice call benefits as well as 100 SMS messages per day for the entire validity period, alongside the upgraded 2GB data limit. This means that Airtel subscribers will get as much as 2,500 more SMS messages when compared to what Jio subscribers have been offered for. Both Airtel and Jio hasn’t set any FUP for voice calling.
