The IPL Governing Council has finally announced the schedule for IPL 2020 to be held in UAE. The season will start on 19th September in Abu Dhabi with a super clash between defending champions Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. Earlier, BCCI was delaying the announcement of IPL 2020’S official schedule due to the higher spike in coronavirus cases in Abu Dhabi, which is one of the best venues to host IPL matches in the coming months.
The IPL has been moved to UAE due to higher coronavirus cases in India. The upcoming edition of the IPL T20 league will take place in the three venues of Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi in the UAE. In India, the official live broadcast right is for Star Network. You can find the channels number of Star Sports on various DTH Platforms here.
