Step 1: Open the Settings app on your device.
Step 2: Click on the Sounds and Vibration option (On some devices, the option can be named Sounds).
Step 3: In the sounds settings section, you can see the DND option. If that is enabled, you can disable to activate all the notifications, including the Instagram notifications.
2. Make sure to enable the notification setting on the device
The latest smartphone offers app-based notification preferences, in which each application has its notification control. So, you need to make sure all the notification options are enabled for the Instagram app. Inder to do so, follow the below steps.

To reinstall the Instagram app, follow the below steps.
Step 1: From the app list in the settings section, click on the Instagram app.
Step 2: On the Instagram settings page, you will find Uninstall option. Click on that.
Step 3: You will be asked for confirmation. Click on the OK button.
Now the Instagram app will be completely uninstalled from the device. Next, you can download the latest Instagram app from the play store or the App Store. 6. Disable Battery Optimisation
