TRAI gave report to the Telecom ministry in India supporting Net Neutrality. In the report, TRAI suggesting that, the telecom operator in India should not implement subscription for each website from the users. Also TRAI in the report said that of any telecom operator make such subscription based service for each website, they have to pay a fine of Rs. 50,000 per day. Also TRAI will not give permission for the implementation of Project called Internet Free Basics by Facebook. TRAI also warns the telecom operator not to make partnership with such projects.
