Micromax’s subsidiary company Yu Televentures has launched a new smartphone in India, the Yunique Plus at a price of Rs. 6,999. The company also launched another smartphone, the Yu Yureka S priced at Rs. 12,999 along with this. Both handset will be available via online and retail outlet now.

The Yu Yunique Plus is supports dual-SIM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The smartphone features a 4.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new mobile is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB RAM. It comes with an internal memory of 8GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.
It smartphone also features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and an f/2.0 aperture and a 2-megapixel front camera. In case of connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi connectivity options. The smartphone is packed with a 2000mAh battery.
