Vivo Y81 With 6.22-inch Notch Display And 3260 mAh Battery Launched in India

The latest smartphone from Vivo, Vivo Y81 has launched in India. The Vivo Y81 has officially launched in Vietnam in June, and started its sale on Vivo online store,Amazon and Flipkart.

The mobile is available at a price of Rs.12,999. Some of the main highlights of the Vivo Y81 include an iPhone X-like Notch and a bezel-less design on the front, a large HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and Face Detection feature. The smartphone will be available in Black and Gold colour options. Amazon and Flipkart both have exchange offers on the Vivo Y81.

On the specification side, the Vivo Y81 supports Dual-sim slots which can accept Nano sim card. The Vivo Y81 runs on FunTouch OS 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo. The smartphone is featured by a 6.22-inch HD+IPS display with a resolution of 720×1520 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9 and Gorilla Glass protection. The Vivo Y81 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6762 SoC clocked at 2.0 GHz, paired with a IMG GE8320 graphics and 3GB/32GB of RAM.The storage is expandable upto 256 GB.

The Vivo Y81 features a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. The rear camera works with HDR,Pro mode,portrait mode and bokeh mode.It also supports artificial Intelligence(AI) face beauty, slow motion, time lapse, panorama, Doc mode,PDAF,filters,palm capture,voice control and live photo etc.The front camera is powered by a 5-megapixel selfie sensor with the same aperture of rear camera and front screen flash.

On the connectivity side, the Vivo Y81 include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0,single-band Wi-Fi 802.11 with a bandwidth of 2.4 GHz, GPS,Micro-USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Onboard sensors include accelerometer, ambient light sensor,proximity sensor,e-compass,fingerprint and virtual gyroscope.The Vivo Y81 is powered by a battery capacity of 3260mAh.
