Panasonic has launched a new smartphone in India, the Eluga Z, which will be available at a price of Rs. 13,490. The new smartphone will come in Champagne Gold, Ivory White, and Midnight Blue colour variants and will be made from the second week of July. The phone comes in ‘metal blade’ design, as well as support for 21 Indian regional languages.
The smartphone supports dual-SIM and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The Panasonic Eluga Z features a 5 Inch Amoled display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixel. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM. In case of memory, the smartphone comes with am internal memory of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
The Panasonic Eluga Z features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP secondary front facing camera. In the case of connectivity, the Panasonic Eluga Z supports 3G, USB OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot and direct functionality, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth 4.0 with EDR. The smartphone also have sensors such as ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and accelerometer. It comes with a flip cover, protective case, and screen guard. It is packed with a 2050mAh battery.
