Micromax has recently introduced a new smartphone, The Bharat 5 Plus in India. The mobile was listed in the Official website of Micromax, however the launch date and price of the phone is not yet reveled. Last month the company launched the base mode named Bharath 5 at a price of Rs 5,555.

Considering the specification of the new handset, the Micromax Bharat 5 Plus features a 5.2-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels with 2.5D curved glass. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. The smartphone comes with an internal memory of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

The smartphone features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. In the front, the handset is having a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. The rear camera has features like Panorama, Time Lapse, Watermark, Beauty Mode, and Bokeh effect. In addition to this, the selfie camera has a portrait mode and an 83.3-degree wide-angle lens. The mobile runs on Android 7 Nougat.

Micromax Bharat 5 Plus supports dual SIM and which will accept Nano SIM Card on both slot. Talking about connectivity, the Micromax Bharat 5 Plus supports 4G VoLTE, 3G and it also includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The mobile is also packed with a 5000mAh battery which the company is claimed to offer 21 days of standby time.
