Korean mobile manufacturer LG launched the 2018 version of their X5 smartphone in the South Korean market, the LG X5 (2018). The major highlight of the mobile is its great battery capacity, The new handset comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports fast charging technology. The handset also have support for the LG Pay by which user can make payments through compatible point-of-sale (PoS) machines.
The new smartphone will be available at a price of KRW 363,000 which is approximately Rs. 22,400 and the handset will be available in Moroccan Blue colour option. The company also provided the handset features such as fingerprint and is mounted on the rear-side that recognises fingerprints to unlock the screen as well as doubles as a shutter button to let users easily capture shots with a tap of their finger.
Coming to the specification, the LG X5 (2018) comes with dual-SIM support in which both SIM slot accepts Nano SIM card. The handset runs on Android 8.0 Oreo. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels and with an aspect ration of 16:9. The mobile is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM. In case of memory, the handset is packed with a 32GB of internal memory which can be further expanded upto 256GB via microSD card.
Talking about the camera options, the LG X5 features a 13-megapixel camera sensor on the back along with an LED flash. And on the front side, the handset has a 5-megapixel camera sensor along with a soft LED flash.
Coming to the connectivity options, the smartphone supports LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is packed with a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support.
