Intex last week launched a new budget smartphone for the Indian market called Cloud Breeze. The handset will be available to buy exclusively from Snapdeal, an e-commerce website at a price of Rs. 3,999. It is available in Black colour only.
The Intex Cloud Breeze supports dual-SIM and runs the old Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It features a 5 Inch FWVGA TN display with a resolution of 480×854 pixels and a Gorilla Glass for protection. The handset is powered by a dual-core MediaTek MT6572W processor clocked at 1.2GHz and clubbed with 1GB DDR2 RAM. The device comes with some pre-loaded apps as well such as FOTA, Intex Service, Follo, Opera Mini, Clean Master, NewsHunt, Amazon, Chaatz, and more. The company says that the Cloud Breeze smartphone also has 21 regional languages including Hindi.

The handset features a 5MP rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash along with a 2MP front-facing camera. It comes with an internal memory of 8GB, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Out of 8GB users would get 5.8GB storage as the rest will be taken by the OS. In case of connectivity, the smartphone supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G, FM radio, and Micro-USB connectivity. Gravity, light, and proximity sensors are come housed inside the smartphone. The smartphone is packed with a 2300mAh Li-Po battery which is rated to deliver talk time of up to 4-6 hours and standby time of up to 20 days.
