Chinese electronic company Huawei launched their new high-end smartphone, the Honor 7 in China. The phone comes with metallic finish and available in 3 different variants such as 16GB single sim, 16GB dual SIM and 64GB. The price of the phone will be CNY 1999 (approximately Rs. 20,500) for the 16GB single sim variant, CNY 2199 (approximately Rs. 22,600) for the 16GB dual SIM variant, and CNY 2499 (approximately Rs. 25,600) for the 64GB version.
The smartphone features a 5.2 Inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixel and a pixel density of 423ppi. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is powered by the company’s own 64-bit octa-core Kirin 935 processor (four Cortex-A53 cores at 2.2GHz + four Cortex-A53 at 1.5GHz) with 3GB of RAM. In case of its memory, besides internal memory, there is microSD card slot to expand the memory and it can be done up to 128GB.
The Huawei Honor feature a 20MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus which will deliver autofocus speeds of 0.1 seconds. The rear camera features a Sony IMX230 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6-lens module, and sapphire glass protection on top. In case of front camera, it has an 8MP secondary camera with wide-angle fixed focus camera with a f/2.4 aperture.

In case of connectivity, the phone supports NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and 4G LTE. The Honor 7 is packed with a 3100mAh battery with a quick charging feature, which company is claiming that, it will charges the smartphone from zero to full within 1 hour 25 minutes, and zero to 50 percent in 30 minutes. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor right below the rear camera that enables users to unlock the smartphone by just tapping once.
