The most popular laptop manufacturer HP has launched their new HP Chromebook 14 series in India. It is made after the successful introduction of HP Chromebook x360 recently. The main highlight of the new Chromebook is it is powered by Intel’s Apollo Lake dual core processors. It also features a 14-inch HD ultra-bright touchscreen, local language support , and access to more than one million Android Apps.

The HP Chromebook 14 starts a price of Rs. 23,990. It starts sale on offline and online stores through HP Online Store, Flipkart, and The HP Chromebook 14 will be available in Chalkboard Grey and Snow White colour options and it comes with several bundled offers. It allows customers to get 2GB of high-speed 4G daily data from JioFi device for one year, along with the prime subscription to over 14 Jio Digital apps. The customers will also get a Meritnation education package with their new HP Chromebook purchase.

As per the specifications, the HP Chromebook 14 features a 14-inch WLED-backlit multi-touch unit with an HD resolution. It comes in only one variant and is powered by an Intel Celeron N3350 CPU and 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The new Chromebook comes with an integrated Intel HD Graphics 500 GPU. Like all Chromebooks, the HP Chromebook 14 runs Chrome OS. It has a full-size island-style keyboard and a touchpad with multi-touch support. The new Chromebook comes with multiple security features such as “Verify Boot” that performs self-checks to repair any system corruptions, “Always ready security” with built-in virus protection and auto-updates, among others.

Coming to the storage options, the HP Chromebook 14 comes with 64GB of SSD storage and 100GB of Google Cloud storage. It is powered by 1.54kg and a dual-cell 47.36WHr lithium-ion battery. The HP Chromebook 14 also features Bang & Olufsen audio, HP Sleep and Charge, HP TrueVision HD Camera, etc.
