Steps to Connect Airpods with iPhone
Before starting the procedure, make sure to update your iPhone with the latest updates. If there are any pending updates for your device, please update the phone first before starting the Airpod pairing process.
Once you have done with the system update for your iPhone, proceed with the steps to Pair the Airpods with iPhone.
Step 1: Unlock the iPhone and go to the Home screen.
Step 2: Keep the Airpods close to the iPhone with the case of the AirPods open.
Step 3: Wait for a few seconds; you will see a small popup on the iPhone screen to start the connection process.
Step 4: Within the popup window on iPhone, click on the ‘Connect’ button.
Step 5: Now proceed with the setup wizard. If you have already done with ‘Hey Siri,’ then the Airpod will be configured with Siri automatically. If not done that, you will be taken to the ‘Hey Siri’ setup wizard so that you can use Airpods with the voice assistant Siri.
Step 6: Once done with the setup wizard, click on the Done button and you are now successfully connected your new Airpods with your iPhone.
The setup is the same for Airpod Pro and 2nd Generation Airpods. Once you complete the setup, you can use the Airpods on all the supported devices connected with your iCloud account. For that, make sure that you have signed in to the iCloud account on your iPhone.
