Google’s latest version of Android OS, Android Pie (9 or P) comes with many features such as gesture based navigation, adaptive battery, display etc. Overall settings of the mobile will be revamped when you update your device with the new version.
In the settings area also, you may notice some changes including re-ordering and sub menu etc. Even though it is not at all a big issue or a functional point, many people are asking, how to see the Android P logo on the device.
Earlier version of the OS provides the option to see the Version Logo or icon if you tap 3 times continuously on the version number. It was same till the previous version of the Android (Android 8 Oreo). But when it comes to Android 9, it has been changed a bit.

In Android 9 also, the option is same, but you need to go one more step for it. In Android 9, the ‘About phone’ section has been also moved to the 1st place in the setting. So, to see the Android 9 logo, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to the setting area on your device.
Step 2: Click in ‘About phone’ section, which is at the 1st place.
Step 3: In the ‘About phone’ section, find the ‘Android version’ section, you can see the version number 9 there.
Step 4: Click on the version number. You will get a popup window which contains information such as Android version, Android security patch level, Baseband version, Kernel version and Build number.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Android version’ 3 times continuously. You can see the Android P logo (icon) now.
To exit, click on the back button or the home button.
