Google Tested First Drone Based Internet Service for Project Skybender

Google in new Mexico tested the first drone based internet service for their new project named Project-Skybender. The new project is for delivering 5G internet service which will be 40 times faster than the 4G services. According to Google, the drone will provide wifi signal from the drone to earth, which is capable of transferring 1GB data in a second.

Earlier, Google started Project Loon which delivers internet from a balloon over the sky. That project is for 4G services and now the company come up with the 5G with the new project. It is clear that the company is going to make a big competition for the Facebook’s Internet.org Project.
