Intex has launched a new smartpone named, the Intex Cloud 4G Star at a price of Rs. 7,299. The smartphone and will be available in Black and Champagne colours.

The new Intex smartphone has been made available online exclusively via Flipkart starting Wednesday. The company stresses that the new Cloud 4G Star is the “best package” available in the sub-Rs. 10,000 category. The Intex Cloud 4G Star supports LTE bands in India.

The smartphone supports dual-SIM based and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735) processor with 2GB of RAM. The Cloud 4G Star comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

It sports a 13MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 5MP front-facing camera also on board. On the connectivity front, the Intex Cloud 4G Star offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.

The smartphone packs a 2300mAh battery, which according to the official listing is rated to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 210 hours of standby time.
