Gionee S6s Selfie Focused Smartphone with 8MP Front Camera to Launch Today

Gionee S6s will launch in India Today. The new smartphone is primarily focused on Selfie and it comes with an 8MP front camera and a dedicated Flash in the Front

Gionee is going to introduce a new premium smartphone today, the Gionee S6s in India. The smartphone is a selfie focused version of their previous handset, Gionee S6. The new smartphone will almost have the same configuration of S6 and will also features a metallic body and a dedicated front camera with flash etc. The phone is priced at Rs. 17,999/-.

Gionee S6s features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with the resolution 1080×1920 pixels and a pixel density of 401 PPI. The display of the phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The handset is powered by 1.3 GHz octa-core & MediaTek MT6753 processor with Mali T720 GPU and a 3GB RAM. The phone comes with an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded upto 128GB.

The smartphone supports dual-sim and runs on Android, Marshmallow 6.0 with company’s own Amigo 3.2. The smartphone also features a 13MP rear camera with Autofocus and LED flash and a selfie focused 8MP front camera with flash. The handset comes with sensors such as Accelerometer and Proximity while the connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Bluetooth, and micro USB etc. Gionee S6s is packed with a 3150 mAh Li-Ion battery. The smartphone do support 4G LTE too.
